Our candles are made to order and we cannot offer refunds due to change of mind, wrong fragrance or an accidental order

If there is a problem with your order or an error on our behalf, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at hi@timelessflames.com so we can rectify the issue.

We take extreme care when packing your order. All orders will be bubble wrapped and secure to avoid any breakages. In an event a product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the damage good.  We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. 

Discount Codes
We love to spoil our customers with discount codes.

This can only be applied at the time of ordering. Discount codes can not be applied once the order has been completed or with an existing order. Only one discount code can be use per order  

Shipping and Dispatch
We ship Australia wide.
Our candles are made to order and will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
We use Sendle to deliver your package and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on it's way to you.

If your order is large,  we will be in contact with you regarding the time frame. This may take up to 5 business days depending on your needs.

If you live locally in Melbourne you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order. Please contact us to discuss it further.
